Up early for a Saturday…

I was absolutely exhausted after an amazing week. I fell asleep early and just woke after ten hours of sleep. There simply was not enough time each day this week to do all I set out to do. When you get to a point where appointments literally take up every waking moment of the day organization of time becomes paramount.
I am so proud of my team that I could burst. Start-ups are never easy and the people that stood shoulder-to-shoulder over the last three years taking on this challenge will now get their reward. We’ve reached a critical mass where our clientele are now becoming our sales evangelists. By that I mean that they are now referring so many of their friends that Chumly can now grow from referrals as much as our own marketing efforts. Our feedback loop also has gotten to a point where we are vastly distancing any would-be competitors.
Today I am proud of my father, my friends and my colleagues that backed me from the genesis of the idea to what Chumly has ultimately become. We will forever change how politicians communicate with constituents. We will change the world for the better. We are pioneers and I’m so very proud of my growing team of Chumlies.
Thanks to all of you. We have done something extraordinary.
Today I will go for a walk with a friend into the Boise foothills, perhaps up to the snowline. Maximus was limping yesterday so I will let his movements today dictate what we do. I know that I need to rest. I may make Sundays rest and recovery day each week. I am for the first time in my life agreeable to the idea of taking a single day off each week. Considering I go to sleep around 1a and wake and work at 7a and do this every day of the week I think taking Sundays and giving them to me and God is a good plan.
